Words of Support and Encouragement Week of October 8, 2012


Good morning!  I hope that you are having a great start to your week.  At our CNY Fertility and CNY Healing Arts Centers this week, we have many great support opportunities for you to explore!  This is the perfect time of year to reset as we move into the cooler months, and create a new plan for your fertility.  If you have completed a few cycles and were unable to conceive, this new season is a nice natural transition into new options for your fertility.  Could you add in Yoga for Fertility? Have you tried our Circle of Hope Support Groups?  What about your free acupuncture treatment with IUI or embryo transfer?  Take a look at a few of these events, and welcome the cooler weather as an opportunity to reset and focus within.
In Syracuse, I am hosting the Circle of Hope Support Group session tomorrow  evening, Tuesday, at 7:30p.  This will be a great night and we have had many new faces, so it is a perfect opportunity to try it for the first time!  This support session is held immediately after our Free Yoga for Fertility session (6:00p-7:15p).
This weekend we have to very unique support events, to help ease the mind and heart.  On Saturday, Katrin is leading Journey to Center: Mandala as Meditation.
On Sunday, Dr. Kiltz is opening his home on the beautiful Skaneateles lake for his Conversations with the Universe: Men’s Retreat.  Back at our center on Sunday, we will host the Mind @ Rest Workshop.
In Albany, please join us for our Circle of Hope Support Group session at 5:30p, Free Yoga for Fertility at 7:00p, and the Fertile Friends Gathering at 8:00p.  On Saturday, we will host a Sun Salutations Workshop and Fertile Foods Nutrition Workshop.
In Rochester, we have our great Meditation & Movement tomorrow evening.  On Wednesday, we are hosting an evening of support with the Fertile Friends Gathering at 6:00p and Free Yoga for Fertility at 7:00p.  Then, join us on Friday for a fun Ladies Night Out, and again on Saturday for a Free Yoga for Fertility session!
Enjoy your increased time indoors as an opportunity to focus on relaxation, meditation, and a peaceful heart.
