The Future of Making Priceless Affordable®
Our treatment medication bundles combine a state-of-the-art fertility treatment (IVF or Egg Freezing) with one of our most common base (but comprehensive) medication protocols. Each bundle offers a potential savings of around $1,000 compared to purchasing treatment and medications separately. This savings is on top of our standard pricing, which is already 1/3 the cost of the national average. Due to the additional cost savings, over 99% of our self-pay patients pursuing IVF or Egg Freezing utilize one of our treatment medication bundles.
Patients can best determine what protocol is right for them in collaboration with one of our providers during their consultation.
Each IVF bundle includes Follistim, Provera, Ganirelix, hCG-LH supplement (Menopur substitute), Lupron Trigger, Pregnyl, Letrozole, Prometrium, PIO, and Estrace. The Egg Freezing Bundles include the same medications, excluding Ganirelix, Prometrium, PIO, and Estrace, which are unnecessary for egg freezing. Quantities of each medication are dependent upon the specific stimulation package. The medication packages are based on a stimulation of 10 days. Additional medications may be needed based on individual responses or medical protocols and will need to be purchased outside of the package.

The above calculation is for simulation purposes only. It is reflective of self-pay pricing, includes highly variable estimates paid to CNY and third parties, and national averages obtained through internal research, FertilityIQ, ASRM, and Resolve. Billing through insurance will likely result in substantially different fees. CNY Fertility does not warrant or guarantee any price for services conducted or rendered by a third party and recommends everyone obtain written estimates from any medical facility involved in your treatment as well as verification of coverage from your insurance company prior to beginning treatment.

Our extensive network of accepted insurance providers covers around 50% of our patients (either partially or in full). Remember, your specific insurance plan is more important than your insurance provider as each company has many plans (some cover treatment and others do not).
Putting It All Together
Good news: it’s simple.
Give us a call at 844-315-2229 or head here.
Simply take a quick pic and upload it to our patient portal.
We’ll upload what we find in the patient portal for you.
It’s also a great idea to speak directly with your insurance company.
This can be submitting prior authorizations from your insurance, paying in full, or setting up a payment plan.
Pay according to your insurance and financial plan.
Our Insurance audit is very helpful in determining coverage so patients can plan for any expected out-of-pocket costs. However, it is not a guarantee of coverage, so we always recommend that you speak directly with your insurance provider to get an official document detailing your coverage.
Shared Risk Refund Program
The Fertile Guarantee™ is an IVF and Donor Egg Refund Program that gives our patients the assurance that they will walk away with a child. We offer a 75% refund if all cycles are completed without attaining a live birth, the packages must be paid in full prior to starting the first cycle and no refund is given if any of the cycles are indeed successful.
Must not have IVF insurance coverage, Day 3 FSH<9 AMH>1, Estradiol <100, must not have failed more than 3 previous IVF cycles, ability to generate endometrial lining thickness of 7mm, no hydrosalpinx, no significant uterine fibroids (unless corrected with surgery), sperm used must not be indicative of azoospermia or oligospermia. AMH, FSH, Estradiol, and failed cycle restrictions do not apply to donor packages. Eligibility will ultimately be decided by a CNY physician. All embryos from each retrieval must be transferred prior to moving on to the next retrieval.
