The mind can be a wonderful tool for relaxation.  Although it takes practice, we can utilize mantras and positive affirmations to calm our emotions in challenging times.  A simple way to create a mantra is to first recognize a phrase that you commonly say to yourself, that may be negative.  Once you can isolate a particular thought, reframe it to reflect a positive idea.  For example, ‘I’ll never get pregnant’ can become ‘I am doing everything I can, and I will become pregnant when the time is right’.
