Many of us celebrated holidays this past week, likely filled with love and celebration. However, sometimes holidays can also leave us feeling tired, and a little bit drained. Regardless of your experience, it is important to reset your mind and heart before you jump back into your busy Monday morning.
Take a few moments and reflect on your holiday experience. Was it filled with love and faith? Or was it stressful and tiring? What did you enjoy? How did you grow? Remember that spring is a time of constant renewal, transformation, and rebirth. This is a wonderful time to learn from our experiences and begin making healthy, positive changes.
