To better serve our clients, CNY Fertility Center has created a Clinical Phone Line comprised of members of our clinical team. Each clinical line team member has been specifically trained to meet your needs and assist you with any clinical related questions. The clinical line team member that you speak with may not be someone from the office location that you visit for your appointments; however, that team member is there for you and wants to assist you in your fertility journey during the times you are not in the office.
For those clients that have experienced the phone system while developing this service, we thank you for your patience. Depending on the volume of our calls, you may be asked to hold for a brief period of time prior to your call being answered. You will also have the option of leaving a message if you are unable to hold. If you do not have an immediate need and would prefer to communicate directly with any member of our clinical staff, please do not hesitate to use our messaging system through your patient portal. The system will allow you to choose a specific staff member who will answer these less urgent messages in the next few days. (If you do not see a member of our team in the messaging system it usually means they have been removed temporarily due to an extended period of time out of the office).
