Words of Support and Encouragement: Listening to Uplifting Stories
Posted by: Editor on Jan 21, 2013 in News

Winter-Roses300x451Good morning!  I hope that you had a great weekend!  Tonight I am hosting a free teleworkshop on Starting Fresh in the New Year and Healthy Changes for Your Fertility.  This is a great opportunity for you to take some time for yourself, call in, and receive a good boost of encouragement and ideas to improve your overall health.

Every single day we make choices about the words we surround ourselves with.  They may be positive or negative.  Choosing positive and uplifting stories and media will slowly change your thoughts and feelings to more positive as well.  Negative stories will similarly influence your own thoughts  and emotions.

This week we have many great opportunities for you to surround yourself with positive and uplifting people, stories, and events.

Tonight at 6:00p is the Fertility Support Teleworkshop.  Please email me for call in information: Lstack@cnyfertility.com

Thursday is the Evening Meditation and Relaxation Webinar and The Fertile Secret: Nutrition for Fertility workshop in Rochester

Saturday, our Albany center is hosting their Fertile Secret: Nutrition for Fertility event.

For a complete listing of all of our workshops and yoga sessions, please visit our CNY Fertility and CNY Healing Arts calendars.

I hope to hear from you tonight, and have a great week!

I’m sad I missed this. Do you record these sessions?

      Hi Michelle,
We did not record this session, but I will be recording a follow up video to summarize what was discussed. We will offer this session again next month, though!
