Sierra's Story:
In 2019, my appendix ruptured, but little did we know that having lived through such a serious infection would cause us fertility issues. My right fallopian tube was removed due to the damage from the appendix, and my left one is severely scarred.
We tried for a year or so to conceive with the left fallopian, but ended up starting IVF at another clinic in Dallas. However, that attempt was unsuccessful, and we could not afford another round there.
So we decided to go somewhere more affordable because all we wanted was a family, and CNY gave us that opportunity.
In September 2024, we transferred our best embryo, and it was successful. It's hard to put into words the joy we experienced when we saw those two pink lines. There were some days after being unsuccessful for 3 years, I really never thought we would have our own baby.
I wanted to experience carrying my baby, being pregnant, and feeling the child move. Having those bonding moments with my child was so important to me. CNY gave me that experience, and I'm forever grateful for that.
March 20th, 2025, our boy Parker was delivered via c-section at 30 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. Parker was born healthy and amazed the NICU staff when, after five days, he no longer needed his CPAP to maintain his oxygen levels.
As of May 13th, 2025, Parker has been home from the NICU, and we have enjoyed every minute of watching him grow. It's an honor to be his parents. I can't imagine a life without him. Every time we got the chance, we told people he is an IVF baby because we were so proud of the success and CNY.
We want others to know there is hope, that infertility is not the end of the road. Also, it can be affordable to do IVF. Our only regret is not going with CNY first.

The Moment:
The moment I first held Parker I cried happy tears. The experience was so surreal. After years of having something missing from my heart, holding him, my heart was full. I finally had my family I had wanted since I was young. Most girls dream about their wedding day but I always dreamed about carrying my child.
Hope, Inspiration and Advice:
It will happen, as long as you continue to fight for your family it's gonna happen. Pray a lot and have faith. I personally couldn't have done it without my relationship with Jesus. Your future children depend on you to not give up. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
