Jessica & Douglas's Story:
In 2019, Douglas and I came together with a shared dream of starting a family. After three years of trying, we visited a local fertility clinic, where I learned I had PCOS.
The only path to pregnancy was through IVF, but the cost felt insurmountable. Despite this, we decided to proceed, and during the summer of 2023, I became pregnant, only to face a heartbreaking chemical pregnancy.
That fall, we experienced profound loss with the passing of both Doug’s father and my Nana. It was a challenging period filled with grief, and the thought of trying for a baby was far from our minds.
However, in the summer of 2024, I became pregnant again, only to endure another chemical pregnancy. Through a friend's success story, we learned about CNY and decided it was time to give it another shot.
This renewed our hope that we could afford the treatment that might finally bring us our long-desired baby. We began IVF in November 2024, and on March 17, 2025—St. Patrick’s Day—we did our frozen transfer. As luck would have it, I was pregnant!
Two months into my pregnancy, we faced another tragedy with the loss of Doug’s brother, Cody. It was a devastating time, but amidst the heartache, we held onto the joy of our CNY baby on the way. One year after starting IVF, we welcomed our miracle rainbow baby boy, Malcolm Rowan.
Malcolm is perfect and embodies everything we ever wanted. A heartfelt thank you to CNY for helping us bring our beautiful baby boy into the world.

The Moment:
The moment I discovered I was pregnant was overflowing with joy and a touch of anxiety, as I hoped that everything would turn out ok. When I first cradled Malcom in my arms, and he finally entered the world, it felt as though all our dreams had come true.
