Words of Support and Encouragement Week of November 7, 2011
Posted by: Editor on Nov 07, 2011 in News

Good morning!  I hope that you had a great weekend.  As we continue to work through coping tools for the holiday season, I’d like you to consider a few aspects of your childhood, and what you would like to share with the children that you are trying to conceive.  What were your favorite holiday memories growing up?  What do you want to share with your children?  What traditions would you like to start, as a new and expanding family?

While you are trying to conceive and enduring the ups and downs of your cycles, holding on to the memories and traditions that you would like to share with your children will keep you motivated and hopeful.  This year, why not begin one of those holiday traditions that you are looking forward to?  With your partner, friends, or family you could cook a large Thanksgiving dinner, decorate cookies, go to a tree lighting, or attend one of the may festive shows.  You can begin your life as a full and joyful family now, as you wait for the arrival of your children.

Also, don’t forget our many support opportunities available to you this month, especially our Circle of Hope Support Group sessions!

Have a great week,
