Good morning! I hope that you enjoyed the great weather this weekend. This week, we are making our way into Mother’s Day, and you may find that this holiday can be emotionally challenging. That is OK. These are your emotions, and your experiences. It is OK to feel grief, resentment, anger, or any other emotions that may arise. I have written this article with a few coping tools for this weekend. We also have many support opportunities throughout the month to help you, including our Circle of Hope Support Group:
Syracuse will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, May 8th from 7:15p-8:30p after Yoga for Fertility.
Albany will meet tomorrow Tuesday, May 8th from 5:30p-7:00p before Yoga for Fertility.
Rochester will meet on Wednesday, May 30th from 5:30p-7:00p before Yoga for Fertility.
