Good morning! As the temperature continues to drop, it is very important to stay active. We can often retreat indoors and become more sedentary as it becomes less appealing outdoors. However, there are many great ways to keep your body warm and moving, even if you don’t want to venture out too far into the snow. At our CNY Healing Arts Centers we have many opportunities for you to move, stretch, and relax. You can warm yourself from within with Yoga for Fetility, or any of our other amazing yoga sessions. We also have other fitness programs, such as Zumba and Bellydancing!
