Words of Support and Encouragement Week of February 21, 2011
Posted by: Editor on Feb 21, 2011 in News

Good morning!  Although the snow is back, we had a beautiful glimpse of spring on Friday.  Hopefully, you were able to get outside and soak up some sun!  The short thaw served as a great reminder that the warmth and beauty of a fertile spring isn’t too far off.  This is a great time to revisit your fertility plan, and reassess your journey.  Keeping in mind the beautiful growth to come, do you have any changes you would like to make?  What are you satisfied with?  What additions would you like to make to your health and wellness?

Let’s revisit the exercise Establishing Your Fertility Journey, to invite some new healthy conversation and assessment:

My Vision

Where do you see yourself?  What is the dream you are working towards?

This Moment

Where are you, right now?

My Choices

If you are unable to conceive with the current protocol, what changes would you be willing to make?  What options are you willing/unwilling to consider? (IUI, IVF, Donor Sperm/Egg/Embryo…)

I would try…

I would consider…

At this moment, I am not willing to consider…

My Time

If I have not successfully conceived at the following time intervals, I will make the following physical/emotional/spiritual/financial changes:

Three months…

Six months…

One year…

We have some great workshops and support opportunities coming in March to help you get started on a healthy and fertile path!  Also, tomorrow, I will be offering a calm and relaxing evening meditation to help you unwind for the evening.

To join the webinar, please follow this link: Evening Meditation and Relaxation

Be sure to check back soon, and we will have our calendars updated with wonderful events for you to explore!

I hope to hear from you tomorrow!
