Good morning! I hope that you had a great holiday weekend. If you let yourself indulge a little too much or not sleep enough, this is the week to get your health back on track. Make sure that you drink plenty of water, stick to healthy whole foods, and get some extra sleep. We have our regular yoga classes available to help you bring your body back to feeling energized, and we also have a great New Year’s Eve yoga event in Syracuse.
Throughout the month of January, we will also have many yoga, meditation, and nutrition events at each location. I will follow up with a January Support Highlights article this week, to point you in the right direction!
