Video: Dr. Rob Kiltz on Male Infertility and Integrative Fertility Care

Dr. Rob: Hi Lisa, how are you doing today?
Lisa: I’m fine, Dr. Kiltz, how are you?
Dr. Rob: Spectacular.
Lisa: Wonderful. There are lots of changes happening.
Dr. Rob: Change happens every day; we can count on that. A smile on your face and enjoy the day.
Lisa: Completely. Well, we talk about The Fertile Secret as it pertains to our female clients, but The Fertile Secret pertains just as much to our male clients as well.
Dr. Rob: It does. We often focus on the female because they’re the ones that getting pregnant, the intervention is really happening to. We look at the semen analysis and look at the sperm—if it’s normal, we say okay, but in fact it could not be okay even if it looks normal. What things can we do to help the guy either way—abnormal count, motility, morphology, or normal? I think the integrative approach is really important and that’s what we see.
I’m a believer in acupuncture, yoga, massage, meditation, herbs, and supplements are all very valuable. There are some surgical approaches to things like Varicocele for obstruction, but the majority is we don’t know why it’s low and these integrative approaches are very important to keep in mind.
Lisa: They are and we really can treat both the female and the male with The Fertile Secret and our complete integrative approach. I always say, especially with the clients who are coming in, maybe they’re reaching beyond how many cycles they want to do, or maybe even they’re just beginning—and they want to say, “We want to make sure that we reach all of our bases.” Well, there’s a huge factor there that we’re often overlooking just as clients; we’re so focused on the female ourselves—“How’s my follicles doing? How’s my lining? Well, your partner right there is a huge component in this. So, really taking the time to focus on The Fertile Secret in his direction. There are very simple lifestyle changes that we can make and just some simple approaches on how to as couple to give yourselves the encouragement and greatest success rate. It really is the most comprehensive and loving approach.
Dr. Rob: I think that integrative approach and lifestyle or environment is so important. So the tests don’t always accurately answer the question. It is very important to maintain a positive attitude and be persistent while you’re bringing into your life all of the balance—really important. We look forward to helping you in any way that we can. Enjoy this day as every day.
Lisa: Have a wonderful day! We’ll see you next week.
Dr. Rob: God Bless! Dr. Rob.
