Becca Kurtz, AGNP-C
Rebecca “Becca” Kurtz, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner on the Global Telehealth Team at CNY Fertility, where she provides personalized, thoughtful care to patients across the world. Since 2018, Rebecca has been part of the CNY Fertility family—starting as a Registered Nurse in the Syracuse office before moving into the telehealth team in 2019 and ultimately stepping into the Nurse Practitioner role in 2024.
Rebecca holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2022), and a Master of Science in Nursing (2024)—both from Keuka College. She is board-certified through the AANP and a member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
In her role, Rebecca works closely with the telehealth nursing team to review preconception and monitoring results, advise on treatment plans, and helps patients navigate their cycles with clarity and support. She believes in the importance of individualized care, meeting each patient where they are in their journey and providing the guidance they need to move forward with confidence.
Rebecca’s passion for fertility medicine grew during her time as a nurse, where she felt drawn to play a more active role in treatment planning and patient outcomes. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner allowed her to deepen that involvement and further her impact on the lives of the patients she serves.
For Rebecca, fertility care is not just a career—it’s the most rewarding work she’s ever done. She finds immense purpose in supporting individuals and couples through such a meaningful and often emotional process.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys camping and spending time with her family. One of her biggest dreams is to travel and see as much of the world as possible.
Her advice to those navigating infertility: “Every journey is different—take it one day at a time and give yourself the grace to do so.”
