Niccole Davey

Niccole Davey, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a devoted member of the CNY Fertility team since 2013. Starting her career at CNY as a Registered Nurse, Niccole quickly discovered her passion for fertility medicine and knew she had found her professional home. In 2020, she advanced her role by earning her master’s degree and becoming a Nurse Practitioner, allowing her to provide even more comprehensive care to the patients she serves.

Niccole holds degrees from Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing (2012), SUNY Delhi (BSN, 2016), and SUNY Polytechnic (MS, 2020). She is board-certified by the ANCC and brings over a decade of hands-on fertility experience to her work.

In her role, Niccole collaborates with patients to develop individualized fertility treatment plans, providing education, clinical support, and compassionate care throughout the journey to parenthood. She loves working in fertility because it’s a constantly evolving field that pushes providers to stay open to new ideas, techniques, and technologies.

One of her most memorable patient stories involved a woman turned away from multiple clinics who was told donor eggs were her only option. At CNY, Niccole and the team offered honest expectations—but also the chance to try. The patient eventually conceived through IUI, a powerful reminder of the importance of hope and possibility in fertility care.

Outside of work, Niccole enjoys the creativity and beauty of floral design—a passion she might have pursued professionally if she weren’t in fertility medicine. She remains deeply committed to CNY’s mission of making fertility care more accessible and empowering every patient to feel heard, supported, and hopeful.
