Mia Valentino, FNP-C
Mia Valentino, MSN, FNP-C, RHI-C, is a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility’s Syracuse office, where she plays a vital role in diagnosing and treating infertility. Since joining CNY Fertility in 2020, she has been dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based fertility care to individuals and couples striving to grow their families.
Mia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Le Moyne College in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Union College and additional nursing degrees from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing. She is also certified in Reproductive Health and Infertility (RHI-C), a specialty credential that strengthens her expertise in advanced reproductive assessment and care. Her diverse educational background, combined with extensive clinical experience, allows her to take a well-rounded and deeply patient-centered approach to fertility medicine.
At CNY Fertility, Mia performs and interprets transvaginal ultrasounds, manages individualized treatment plans, and provides comprehensive medication education and support. She is skilled in a variety of clinical procedures, including endometrial biopsies, embryo transfers, and other advanced reproductive techniques that support diagnosis and treatment success. She also reviews and communicates lab results and adjusts medication protocols to help optimize patient outcomes.
Mia’s passion for fertility medicine is rooted in her desire to help individuals achieve their healthcare and family-building goals. She finds great fulfillment in guiding patients through their fertility journey and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys staying active through skiing, hiking, and traveling. She values new experiences and embraces opportunities to explore different cultures and landscapes.
