Lena Tsybulskiy

Lena Tsybulskiy, WHNP is a Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility’s Boston office, where she supports patients through every phase of their treatment with thoughtful, detail-oriented care. Lena joined the CNY team in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in women’s health and a deep passion for fertility medicine.

Lena’s responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic and monitoring lab work, adjusting medications as needed, and performing in-office procedures and ultrasounds. She takes pride in providing thorough, personalized evaluations at every visit—ensuring that each patient’s care is carefully tailored to their unique journey.

Her interest in fertility began while working as a nurse in the PACU of a fertility clinic, where she saw firsthand the impact this work has on people’s lives. She was drawn to the field by its emotional depth, clinical complexity, and the incredible privilege of helping people build the families they once thought might be out of reach.

Outside of the clinic, Lena enjoys exploring New England on day trips, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants. One of her bucket list dreams is to take a Mediterranean cruise. Her message to those facing infertility is simple but meaningful: “We are here for you during this journey.”
