Grace Michel, FNP-C

Grace Michel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner on the Telehealth Consultation Team at CNY Fertility, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based fertility care to individuals and couples worldwide. Grace began her journey with CNY Fertility in 2011 as a phlebotomist, later expanding her role as a registered nurse, and ultimately becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2017.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Le Moyne College and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Le Moyne’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She holds board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma Theta Tau).

With a passion for PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and autoimmune-related fertility challenges, Grace delivers personalized treatment plans, hormone and cycle monitoring, preconception counseling, and emotional support. Her care philosophy blends clinical expertise with empathy—ensuring every patient feels heard, validated, and empowered.

Grace’s journey into fertility medicine was deeply influenced by her mother, Meg Marnell, FNP-BC, a longtime practitioner at CNY Fertility. Watching her mother care for patients with such dedication inspired Grace’s own path and commitment to this field.

Beyond her professional training, Grace also brings her personal experience with recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility to the work she does each day. This shared understanding allows her to connect with patients on a level that goes beyond medicine. When she’s not working, Grace enjoys the joyful chaos of life as a mom of three. She loves baking, crafting, and spending quality time outdoors with her family. A dream on her bucket list is to visit Ireland and explore her family’s roots.

Her advice to anyone struggling with infertility: “Your journey is your own—take the time to honor your emotions, seek support, and trust in your strength. There is no one ‘right’ path to parenthood.”
