Carlee Beltran, FNP-C

Carlee Beltran, MSN, FNP-C, RNC-OB, is a Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility Houston, where she provides compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals and couples pursuing parenthood. She joined the Houston team in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in women’s health and a deep commitment to guiding patients through every step of their fertility journey.

Carlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston in 2015, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in 2017, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from UTMB in 2023. She is nationally certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and a Registered Nurse Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB).

At CNY Fertility, Carlee’s work centers on helping patients navigate one of the most emotionally meaningful experiences of their lives: building a family. She performs monitoring ultrasounds, blood draws, and hormone reviews, consults with patients both in-person and virtually, adjusts treatment and medication plans, and provides ongoing education and emotional support. She also collaborates closely with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and lab teams to coordinate procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other advanced fertility treatments.

Before joining CNY Fertility, Carlee spent eight years as a labor and delivery nurse, where she supported families during childbirth. That experience inspired her to transition into fertility care, where she could play a role in helping create those very moments she once witnessed in the delivery room.

Carlee is proud to be part of a practice that shares her belief that fertility care should be accessible, inclusive, and deeply personal. She finds fulfillment in empowering patients with knowledge and confidence, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Carlee enjoys spending time with her husband, Thomas, and their two daughters, Hazel and Gracie. She loves reading, exercising, shopping, and relaxing outdoors, often grilling and swimming with family and friends in their backyard. On her bucket list is a family trip to Hawaii.

To those facing infertility, Carlee reminds patients to be gentle with themselves, trust the process, and remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress toward their dream of parenthood.
