• Telehealth Consultations
• Preconception Fertility Testing: Semen Analysis, Bloodwork, Transvaginal Ultrasound, HSG, ExEm Foam (HSG alternative), SHG, Hysteroscopy (diagnostic only)
• Treatments: Ovulation Induction, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Donor Egg IVF, Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET), Sperm Freezing, Egg Freezing, Embryo Freezing, Gestational Surrogacy, Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT). NOTE: ALBANY HAS A BMI LIIMIT OF 50 FOR EGG RETRIEVALS. EGG RETRIEVALS FOR THOSE WITH BMI OVER 50 WILL BE CONDUCTED AT OUR SYRACUSE OFFICE.
• Monitoring: Ultrasound and Bloodwork appointments during treatment cycle for all treatment types including IUI, IVF, Egg Freezing, FETs, Donor Egg IVF, Gestational Surrogacy, and more.
• Ancillary Services: Uterine Washes (HCG, Neupogen), IVIG, Intralipids, ERA, Endometrial Biopsy/Scratches, D & C, Intraovarian PRP, Intrauterine PRP (regular and high volume)
