CNY Fertility Nashville, located in Hermitage, TN, is a satellite fertility clinic supporting patients throughout their treatment journey with convenient local care. Procedures such as inseminations, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers are performed at one of our full-service clinics.
Our office is inside the Physician Offices Building at TriStar Summit Medical Center, next to the Emergency Department. As this is a busy medical campus, we recommend planning ahead for parking or taking advantage of the free valet service available at the entrance.

- Telehealth Consultations
- Preconception Fertility Testing: Bloodwork, Transvaginal Ultrasound, SHG, ExEm Foam (HSG alternative)
- Monitoring: ultrasound and bloodwork monitoring for all cycle/treatment types including IUI, Egg Freezing, IVF, FETs, Donor Egg IVF, Gestational Surrogacy, and more. Procedures such as egg retrievals and embryo transfers (for treatments like Egg Freezing and IVF) are performed at our full-service CNY Fertility clinics. Inseminations (for IUI), can be performed at both our full-service clinics and our Rochester or Norfolk locations.
