The Support You Need
It goes without saying that going through infertility can be a stressful time in one’s life. The emotions that arise are very real and can be difficult to navigate. At CNY, we understand that caring for your emotional well-being is as important as treating your infertility, and we understand that each couple’s experience and needs are different. CNY Fertility provides the support you need to help you and your partner through all stages of your fertility journey. Whether you’re more comfortable in a group setting, one-on-one or as an observer, CNY Fertility has the support you need to reduce the stress associated with infertility from a medical, emotional, and financial perspective. Please view our calendar for support events here.
CNY Fertility Programs
The CNY Fertile Friends Program matches CNY Grads with current and soon to be patients of CNY. Having struggled to expand their family and needing a little bit of help from CNY, our mentors offer the loving support, friendship, and guidance to help you navigate the often emotional waters of infertility and fertility treatments. Truly, our graduates are an incredible resource of support.
The Circle of Hope Support Group meets online on our private facebook support group every week and in person at our Albany office every month. The group is moderated by one of our team members and is open to all clients. During the group session, clients are invited to share their personal experiences, seek support, and gain helpful tools for coping with the emotional ups and downs of infertility. Guest speakers will also occasionally join the group to share knowledge and their own personal journey.
Our CNY Fertility and Healing Arts locations offer a variety of events and workshops each month. Workshop topics range from nutrition to the grief process. We also provide weekly Yoga for Fertility (free!) and meditation opportunities.
