How to get your eIVF app Registration ID:
Log into your Patient Portal on your laptop/computer.
Click on “Profile” at the top of the webpage.
At the bottom of the Profile page, it will say “Try our new app for mobile…”
Click on the Green button that says “Get it NOW”
This will bring you to a new page that says, “Thank you for using the eIVF Mobile App”.
Click on the Green button that says “Get Registration ID”
This will give you a Registration ID code to type into the app on your phone or iPad.
Once you put the Registration ID into your mobile device, it will ask for your User ID and Password.
Your User ID and Password are the same that you would use for your Patient Portal on your laptop/ computer.
All wait list inquiries should be sent by web correspondence to “Donor Team” through your portal.
Thursdays are half days for employees of CNY Fertility, so our workday ends at 12noon EST. All messages will be answered in the order they were received on the next workday. Please keep in mind that we receive messages in large volume so our responses may be delayed for that reason as well.
When your Recipient Coordinator’s name is not listed as an option, it means that she is out of the office that day. If this occurs, please feel free to send a message to the “Donor Team” through the portal. If your message is regarding an urgent matter, it will be forwarded to someone who is available to assist you. Non urgent messages will be forwarded to your Recipient Coordinator to address when she returns.
