- Telehealth Consultations
- Preconception Fertility Testing: Semen Analysis, Bloodwork, Transvaginal Ultrasound, HSG, ExEm Foam (HSG alternative), SHG, Hysteroscopy (diagnostic and operative), Laparoscopy (diagnostic and operative)
- Treatments: Ovulation Induction, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Intratubal Insemination (ITI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Donor Egg IVF, Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET), Sperm Freezing, Egg Freezing, Embryo Freezing, Gestational Surrogacy, Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT). NOTE: SARASOTA HAS A BMI LIMIT OF 50 FOR EGG RETRIEVALS. EGG RETRIEVALS FOR THOSE WITH BMI OVER 50 WILL BE CONDUCTED AT OUR SYRACUSE OFFICE.
- Monitoring: Ultrasound and Bloodwork appointments during treatment cycle for all treatment types including IUI, IVF, Egg Freezing, FETs, Donor Egg IVF, Gestational Surrogacy, and more.
- Surgical Procedures: Operative Laparoscopy, Operative Hysteroscopy, and Sperm Extraction Procedures (PESA & TESA)
- Ancillary Services: Uterine Washes (HCG, Neupogen), IVIG, Intralipids, ERA, Endometrial Biopsy/Scratches, D & C, Intraovarian PRP, Intrauterine PRP (regular and high volume)

CNY Fertility Sarasota is in network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare East, and WinFertility. Additional insurance participation may be in progress for this location. Patients may request documentation to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
