Try, this week, to remember that your thoughts and emotions are fluid. They are not permanent, and will always move on. It takes practice, but you do have the ability to change your thought process.
Once you notice that you are feeling sad, anxious, angry, etc… say, ‘I am feeling _____’ and then let it move on. It may feel challenging in the beginning, but as you continue with practice your mind will begin to expect this flow of thought.
