Have you ever felt like you are always doing the same exact thing? It is easy to fall into a comfortable routine, especially during the winter months. Whether you feel like you are repeating the same cycle over and over again or that you haven’t done anything new in months, it may be time for a change. I recently felt like I had woken up and repeated the same exact day, over and over again, for months. I decided to make a change and tried Maya Abdominal Massage to jumpstart my new routine. I was a little apprehensive going into the appointment, but it was wonderful! I left feeling like I had finally cleared a large cloud that was obstructing my view and thinking. Making a change in your routine can also help with your cycles. It will relieve a bit of stress, and the anxiety that can come with predictability (I know this isn’t going to work, just like when I did it last time…). Try taking a yoga class, joining a gym, or even bundling up to go for a walk in the evening with the dog. It is always good to add a little fun into your day! We don’t know exactly how much of an impact each change will make, but anytime you introduce something positive into your life something good is bound to happen.
