Words of Support and Encouragement Week of April 18, 2011

And Spring arose on the garden fair,
Like the Spirit of Love felt everywhere;
And each flower and herb on Earth’s dark breast
rose from the dreams of its wintry rest.
-Percy Bysshe Shelley
Many of us will be celebrating holidays this week, filled with love and celebration.  However, sometimes holidays can also leave us feeling tired, and a little bit drained.  Regardless of your experience, it is important to reset your mind and heart before you jump back into your busy Monday morning.
Take a few moments and reflect on your holiday experience.  Was it filled with love and faith?  Or was it stressful and tiring?  What did you enjoy?  How did you grow?  Remember that spring is a time of constant renewal, transformation, and rebirth.  This is a wonderful time to learn from our experiences and begin making healthy, positive changes.
This week, I will offer two webinars focusing on relaxing and enjoying the holidays.  On Tuesday, we will visit a peaceful visualization focusing on surrendering ourselves to the pace of the world around us.  On Thursday, I will offer some coping mechanisms for regrouping after the holidays, as well as a different approach to diet and nutrition.  For registration information for these events, and many more, please visit our website.
Enjoy the sun!
