Good morning! We hope that you had a great weekend. This month, we are focusing on quieting our minds through meditation. Breathing slowly and deeply, while offering something quiet for the mind to focus on, is a new practice for many of our clients. The breath is a wonderful tool to help you through the most challenging times. When you learn to control the breath, you are then able to harness your thoughts. We have created a few great events to help you get started on your meditation journey or deepen your practice.
First, there will be a free meditation for fertility workshop at all three locations, based on Dr. Kiltz’s book and program, The Fertile Secret. A CNY Healing Arts practitioner will walk you through different techniques for finding peace and quiet in your day.
Second, Lisa Stack, CNY Fertility’s Support Coordinator, offers a free Evening Meditation and Relaxation Webinar each month. She leads you through a breathing exercise and visualization, and offers ideas for using meditative practice during challenging moments on your journey to fertility.
Finally. all of Lisa’s previous meditation sessions have been recorded and compiled into a library for you to access at any time. Enjoy these meditations, as they are all different, and may speak to you at different times.
