Video: Yoga for Fertility Workshops in November 2011

Hi!  My name is Lisa Stack, and I’m the CNY Fertility Support Coordinator.  I wanted to let you know that for November we have some wonderful support highlights for you to check out.  We will be focusing on yoga during the month of November.  We’re really offering a lot of different opportunities for you to get introduced to yoga.  The practice of how it can help you try to conceive. {{vspace8}}

At all three centers, take a look at our Yoga for Fertility Classes (Syracuse, Albany, and Rochester).  Also, be on the lookout for some really great workshops such as Yoga for Fertility Workshop, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, all of these great ways to integrate yoga into your daily lives.   Yoga is fantastic to remove toxins and help get those muscles moving and help get the good energy flowing which we always need around the holidays.  We’re always eating foods and foods that we are not used to eating.  It’s a great way also just to focus on the self, get some good relaxation benefits and tools, and really turn your attention and your energy inwards.  I really love yoga and I’m a huge advocate for it, so be sure to check those out. {{vspace8}}

We also have our Circle of Hope support groups at all three locations, in addition to our PCOS Support group in Albany.  Albany is going to have a wonderful workshop on Loss and Grief, so take a look at that; that’s coming up this weekend.  We also have our offerings of our webinars; so we have our Interactive Support Webinar, the monthly Evening Meditation and Relaxation Webinar, and we also have Dr. Kiltz and Kristen Magnacca’s TeleWorkshop.  Be on the lookout for those.  Those are great ways to get good little boosts of support throughout the month if you’re not able to make it to a support group, or you’re feeling a little down, you can check into through one of those.  Take a look at those workshops, a lot of them are free and great ways to just relax and get ready for the holidays and maybe work through some of the holiday eating that we’ve been doing.  Also, keep your body warmed throughout the winter.  You know it’s getting colder if you’re in Upstate New York.  We want to make sure that you’re feeling good and healthy and energized as you move in through your cycles.  If you have any questions, please let me know, but I hope that you check out some of these events.  I look forward to seeing you! {{vspace8}}
