Video: The Fertile Secret Guidebook-Video Series #5, Fertile Touch

Dr. Rob:  Hi Lisa!  How are you?{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Good Dr. Kiltz, how are you?{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  Oh, fantastic, thank you!  Thank you so much!   What are we going to talk about today?{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Fertile Touch.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  Oh, Fertile Touch.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  So the next chapter in The Fertile Secret, Fertile Touch, I love how you talked about healing from within and really becoming comfortable with ourselves.  It’s so important with our clients because sometimes it’s a little bit of a challenge accepting that maybe our bodies aren’t working as we want them to.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  Aren’t we all desirous of touch?{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Absolutely.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s so important when we touch someone that we feel a connection, and that energy is flowing through all of us.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Absolutely.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  We do not touch ourselves enough, and give ourselves the love that we really deserve.  Healing, as you said starts within.  We speak the words, use our eyes, but touching is really, really important.  We have some techniques that we talk about in The Fertile Secret book, under the Fertile Touch—I’m going to read a few things to remember.  I kind of made a little bit of change in my thoughts of things to remember, it’s things to practice.  Your body has the amazing capacity to heal itself and others.  Loving touch is both calming and beneficial to your fertility, and your best life, I may add.  Spend time loving and nurturing yourself every day.  If we love ourselves, how much easier is it to love others?{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Absolutely.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s very, very important.  Acupuncture offers great potential while trying to conceive.  Those needles are sometimes scary to some of us, but what do you think we can offer in that?{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  They’re so small and they do seem scary a lot of times to people, but you really don’t feel them.  We did just upload a video of an actual acupuncture for fertility session, so you can take a look at that, it’s on the website (click here to view).  You can see the size of the needles, how they’re placed, where they are.  We get some good feedback during the session as well, so you can see that it isn’t scary, and it doesn’t hurt too much, and it feels really relaxing.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  I’ve had some occasions where a couple of needles in a few spots kind of tweaked me a little bit more.  They removed those and all other spots were fine.  You do something and you practice it, and the more you practice, the easier it gets.  For those that acupuncture still tweaks a little bit, there’s Maya massage.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  We have all sorts of massage:  there’s Maya Abdominal massage, we have a general fertility massage, fertility massage, if the Maya isn’t for you.  Maya is great because it’s at home care.  You can do it every single day and improve your fertility at home.  You don’t have to do it at the office all time for it.  Dr. Kiltz actually walks you through a nice self-care massage too that you can just practice yourself and with a loved one.  Really, just nurture yourself at the end of a day which I really like because that really works for everyone.  You don’t have to be trying to conceive, it’s really just nice to spend some time reconnecting with your body at the end of everyday and be grateful.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  I think you need to bring it in and you need to spend the time taking care of yourself, nurturing yourself is so important.  The Fertile Secret is basically you have it all within you, and it’s just a practice every day.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Absolutely, absolutely.  Well, thank you so much for this great chapter.  It’s really interesting looking at our bodies in this at a different way; it not something that we’re opposed to is something that we’re working with.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  Constantly working.  The more we work, the more we practice, the more those neurons fire, the more the wiring comes into being, and the easier it gets.  Morning and night, if you can do it twice a day.  You can always throw those little things in through the day.   Whenever you’re feeling a little tweaked, or down for a reason, you can always come back to a little massage.   It’s all good and thank you for this day.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Thank you very much and we will see you next week with our next chapter that we’re going to be working through.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s my pleasure.  God Bless.{{vspace8}}
