Dr. Rob:  Happy New Year!  {{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s a beautiful day! {{vspace8}}Lisa:  It’s a wonderful day out!{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  We’re going to talk about…{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Fertile Love!   Absolutely!  A great chapter contributed by Kristen Magnacca in The Fertile Secret (click here to buy Amazon’s Kindle version; or click here buy the hardcover/paperback) talking about relationships with ourselves and with those around us maintaining those especially during challenges.  It can be challenging especially while you’re trying to conceive.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s hard and there’s challenges of our relationships but the toughest relationship is with ourselves.  We’re constantly beating ourselves down with all of our problems, our incapability; somehow we feel it’s our fault when things aren’t happening.  When we learn to begin to love ourselves for just exactly as we are, amazing things begin to happen.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Absolutely.  I definitely find it challenging sometimes to stop that negative cycle, that record player that happens when you start to get down, and you have to get yourself out of it.  I think setting the intention that you always do is a great way of helping me to stop that cycle and it helps many of our clients as well.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  It’s that record player going on and on, and on.  It’s a story and that’s why it’s so great when Kristen provides a story, and different ways to keep the love flowing.  Really, we want to keep the love flowing for ourselves and the love flowing for the people around us no matter what.  It’s a practice every single moment of the day.  Keep the love flowing is really so important.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  It can be challenging but with practice, it gets much easier.  You’re able to shift your mindset from that negative record that happens.  I think our minds and our hearts become a little bit more in tune with that shifting over to the positive and appreciating ourselves even the negatives that we have, and the shortcomings that we have.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  We take the boulders and we make them stepping stones.  Those stepping stones, really all our problems are our teachers at helping us grow, learn, and do better.  So, rather than the negative thought, those terrible things that are in front of us – begin to look at them as potential gifts and ways for us to grow, learn, and create.  Relationships, ourselves first and those around us, people as part of that oneness is so important in love.  Forgiveness helps evaporate all of all those obstructions.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  Thank you so much for including this chapter and asking Kristen.  It was a great way to really show the human side, the applicable side of how to work through those challenges while you’re trying to conceive.  It was a great one to put in—it definitely was.{{vspace8}}
Dr. Rob:  God Bless and keep on the journey every single day.{{vspace8}}
Lisa:  We will see you next week!{{vspace8}}
