Our Success Story
After getting married in September 2015, my wife and I immediately began the process of trying to conceive. We worked with CNY Fertility in Buffalo and had an amazing experience! There aren't words to describe how wonderful our NP, Kris Ziegler, was to work with throughout the entire process. As with any infertility journey, there are trials and tribulations and mine was no different. From cysts to shingles, Kris was there for me every step of the way to provide the support I needed. There were many nights I would reach out to her when being upset or overwhelmed and she was always there for me. After four failed attempts at IUI, I felt defeated and began to tell myself that maybe we weren't meant to have a baby. Kris was able to tell that I was beginning to lose hope and told me that she would do whatever it took to get me my baby. For our fifth round, we decided to try injectables and switched our sperm donor. I remember feeling very tense the day of the procedure and left the clinic telling myself that I was sure this round didn't work and that we would need to move onto IVF. Imagine our surprise, when we got the news that we were pregnant!! Although ecstatic, I remained cautiously optimistic throughout those first few weeks. Once we were released from CNY's care at 9 weeks, I started to become more hopeful that our dream was going to become a reality. On January 12th, 2017, I delivered our precious baby boy! I can't thank Kris and all the staff at CNY enough for all their hard work!! We will definitely be returning to CNY in the future!
