My Two Boys
I first came to CNY Fertility Center in the summer of 2009. December of 2009 marked our first cycle. IVF with ICSI was our best chance according to Dr. Kiltz, and he was right. After waiting for what seemed like forever, my husband and I impatiently awaited the results of my blood work, and it was positive. We were pregnant! September 23, 2010 we welcomed Gavin into our lives.
We began our next venture into becoming parents again when Gavin was just over a year old. We had frozen embryos left from our first IVF procedure. Unfortunately it was unsuccessful, as was the second frozen transfer, and new IVF cycle. Though we refused to give up at that point and in January of 2012 we did another fresh IVF cycle..
My husband was not hopeful when I was on the phone with the office as I started to cry. He wasn't seeing they were tears of joy. October 28, 2012, our second son Ian was brought into our life.
Despite having some unsuccessful cycles, we couldn't be more blessed to have Dr. Kiltz and his staff there to help us become parents. They are all truly amazing, and I can't say enough about them. Attending their party at the Syracuse Zoo is such an awesome experience, to see all of the families they helped create.
