About Meditation:
Meditation and positive visualization are integral to a healthy and happy journey to parenthood. A recent NY Times article citing the journal, Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging article has shed amazing and clarifying light on the world of meditation. The study shows that just 30 minutes of meditation a day for 8 weeks changes the physical structure of the brain, for the better. The changes were in the vital gray matter of certain areas, impacting regulation of emotions, memory, learning, and taking perspective.
