Kara Francis, FNP-C
Kara Francis Hames is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC and AANP, with advanced training and a strong clinical background in women’s health, maternal care, and reproductive medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University.
Kara began her nursing career as a registered nurse in postpartum care, where she spent three years supporting patients through recovery and the early stages of newborn bonding. She then expanded her expertise with two years of experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP). She also holds RNC certification in Maternal-Newborn Nursing, reflecting her commitment to excellence in caring for women and infants.
Her experience supporting patients during some of life’s most meaningful and transformative moments inspired her passion for reproductive and family-centered care. Driven to help those whose path to parenthood may be more complex, Kara transitioned into fertility medicine, where she now plays a key role in managing and supporting patients throughout their treatment journeys.
In her role at the Denver office, Kara provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, including evaluation, education, treatment coordination, and ongoing support for individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments. She is dedicated to creating a compassionate and personalized experience, ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
