Katy Falcon, NP

Catherine “Katy” Falcon, NP, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a dedicated member of the Telehealth Consult Team at CNY Fertility. Since joining CNY Fertility in 2013, Katy has served in both in-office and remote roles, bringing deep clinical expertise and compassionate care to every patient interaction.

Before joining the telehealth team full-time, Katy worked in the Rochester office, where she performed a wide range of hands-on clinical duties including phone and face-to-face consultations, ultrasounds, endometrial biopsies, intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), sperm preparation, HCG and PRP washes, PRP preparation, and phlebotomy. This depth of in-office experience informs her comprehensive approach to care today.

Katy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and her Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health from the University of Rochester. She previously held board certification through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

In her telehealth role, Katy focuses on in-depth consultations, medical record reviews, and developing or adjusting treatment plans. She brings careful attention to detail and a patient-centered approach to each appointment, aiming to provide clarity, comfort, and actionable next steps for every individual or couple she supports.

With more than 20 years of prior experience in OB/GYN and fertility care, Katy is dedicated to helping patients navigate the complexities of fertility treatment with confidence and compassion.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys swimming, hiking, golfing, baking, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
