New Patients – Can't wait for your consultation? Find out how to see us sooner!

We understand that when new patients call CNY Fertility Center, they’re ready to start their path to parenthood -NOW!
CNY Fertility Center offers three locations – Syracuse, Latham and Rochester.Typically an appointment for a new patient consultation will be within a couple of months – but there are some options to shorten your wait time. 1. Traveling to a different location to have your new patient consultation 2. Getting on our cancellation list 3. Having a phone consultation with, or without out-of-town monitoring.
1. Our Syracuse office is often the busiest, and has the longest wait for new patient consultations. Scheduling a new patient appointment at our Latham or Rochester centers can shorten your wait time. Patients receive the same great CNY Fertility Center care, and are able to have treatments at their location of choice following  their new patient consultation.
2. We offer a cancellation list for all of our centers – if you have a somewhat flexible schedule this is a great option and can reduce your wait time for a new patient consultation drastically.
3. If none of our locations are convenient to visit us for a new patient consultation, we offer phone consultations as well. You can call from anywhere across the globe, have a new patient consultation over the phone and then set up a location close to home to be monitored. This means that the only traveling to our centers would be for a procedure.
We are excited to meet you at your new patient consultation, if you are interested in any of these options ask one of our call center representatives and they will be happy to assist you in making your appointment. Call 1.800.539.9870 to schedule your new patient consultation.

We’ve had our first consult canceled twice & never given an option to be put on a cancellation list. If that would speed things up – would like the nervousness of this first consult to be OVER!!!

    Hi Jenn,
I’m sorry you were not given the option of the cancellation list. The best way to be placed on this list would be to contact the office you have scheduled your appointment through (Syracuse, Rochester, or Albany). I hope we can get you in sooner! Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
    Best of luck,
