We want to support you on your journey into motherhood, wherever it takes you. Our safe, supportive space makes it easier to care for yourself as you prepare for a baby.
Fertility challenges put us on an emotional and physical roller coaster ride, leaving us depleted and heavy with stress. Chronic stress has been shown to adversely affect fertility, and yoga is a well-recognized and effective stress reducer.
In this workshop we will explore a yoga practice to naturally enhance and support fertility. We will experience a complete practice which is a unique blend of hatha flow; yin and restorative yoga intended to soften the abdomen, increase blood flow to the pelvis and open lines of energy throughout the body to create harmony and ease. Mindful meditation, breath practices and guided imagery will also be used to help relax the mind and open the heart.
Previous yoga experience is not required. Props are provided. Please bring your own mat if you have one and any personal yoga props that you may prefer to use. Dress comfortably in warm, stretchy clothes.
