FAQ - Diet and Supplements
Dr. Kiltz strongly encourages a “low and slow” approach, keeping the body at a state of rest and avoiding any strenuous exercise.
Think of this time as the preparatory period for a pregnancy. Light exercise like walking/yoga, a high-fat low-carb diet, vitamins, and rest are recommended. It is best to abstain from alcohol, quit smoking, and not take any harmful substances.
In preparing for fertility treatment, we recommend both men and women take a high-quality fertility supplement. We recommend Molecular Fertility for all the main preconception and prenatal supplements, CBDistillery for CBD, as well as Somaderm or Serovital for HGH support and enhanced egg quality.
We also recommend that you eat a high-fat low-carbohydrate diet, also known as the BEBB (bacon, eggs, butter, beef) Diet, appropriately pronounced “baby!”
