I was a patient of Dr. Robs over 10 years ago and have an incredible beautiful boy because of him and his amazing IVF work! I believe I was his connection to our ob/gyn doctors here in the Utica area (Shah and Godecki) back then and now I understand they have a great relationship from friends of mine who have also had the opportunity to experience Dr. Rob.
I have since divorced and now remarried to a wonderful man that is amazing to my son and I. He does not have any children and would love the opportunity to have one of his own if possible. I am now 43, in good health but know its not so easy once you are over 35. We have attempted a few IUI which were unsuccessful and feel that the next step would be IVF, however the costs is where our concern is. I was wondering if there are any grants or research projects available to apply for that I would be eligible for? Unfortunately my new insurance does not cover ANY fertilty procedures where with my previous experience with you I was covered almost completely. Another question I have is if there are any woman that have donated back meds that help assist those that want to also get pregnant (I know I had done that when I was there)? Anyway, any info that you have for me would be of great assistance and give me some things to think about and consider.
Please say hello to Dr. Rob and Donna (if she is still there)! The new facility looks amazing and would love the opportunity to check it out. Thanks and have a great weekend!

    Hi Denise,
We’re so happy to hear from you again! I think the best option for you would be to schedule a consult appointment, and also contact our billing/insurance department. They will be able to let you know your options:
I would also suggest you enter our IVF Giveaway – you never know if your number will be chosen!
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you,

    Hi Mary,
You can either email us at the appointment email (please be sure to include a phone number with area code):
Or you can call the office closest to you, directly: You will be asked to complete an online medical history, as well as forward your medical records. We frequently work with out of town patients, so this will be a smooth process!
We look forward to hearing from you,

I am looking for someone who can help us. I have Premature Ovarian Failure. My husband and I are ready to have children but obviously we are going to need some assistance so we are looking for a fertility clinic that can.

    Hi Chelby,
We can absolutely help! We commonly treat Premature Ovarian Failure, and we have a few protocols that may help. I would suggest that you forward your recent medical history, and contact our office for a consult appointment.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
    Best of luck!

    Hi Stacy,
The Essure procedure is permanent. However, IVF is still an option. Please schedule a consult at your closest CNY Fertility location to discuss your options!

Hello there, I am looking for some help. I suspect that I have PCOS. I am interested in finding an endocrinologist that could evaluate my hormone levels do determine if this is what I have going on. Do you do this at your facility? Thanks.

  9. Lisa Stack
    Lisa Stack says:

    Hi Colleen,
We do evaluate and treat PCOS on a daily basis. We typically will draw some bloods, and do a vaginal ultrasound. Then, depending on the results and medical/social history, we will treat accordingly. If you are trying to conceive, this is a great route. If not, you may be able to go through an endocrinologist in your area for long-term treatment.
If you would like to be seen through our office, please just call and schedule a consult appointment! If you would like to find an endocrinologist in your area, let us know where you live and we may be able to suggest one.
    Best of luck!

    Hi Caitlin,
I’m sorry you have had a challenging journey to this moment. It sounds like we may have a few different avenues to try. I think the best way to proceed would be for you to request a consultation. At the consultation, you will review all of your cycle options, as well as insurance coverage.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do, and we look forward to helping you!

I have tried to find your office hours for the Rochester office. I have been offered a job in Rochester but a lot of it depends on IVF coverage ( they are checking for me) and a clinic close ( we have been through fertility treatments for 4 years now and this last cycle was injectibles so I understand how many times I will have to be seen for ultrasounds.) Since it will be a new job I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have to take a million days off of work. I googled the school and your office and it is a 7 minute drive. Now I am just hoping you have early morning and weekend hours. Thanks

    Hi Heather,
I checked with Aimee at the Rochester office, and these are their typical clinical hours:
    Mon- 7-4p
    Tues- 7-4p
    Wed- 7-4p
    Thur- 7-3p
    Fri- 7-4p
    I hope this helps!

I live in upstate NY (north of Plattsburgh) and would like to know if the Latham office works with anyone local for follow up visits (I’m concerned about travel through the mountaints to Latham in the winter). For items likes bloodwork and ultrasounds.
Information on the process for ICSI would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you
