A regular meditation practice can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. While trying to conceive it is especially important to allow the body time to rest, give the mind a moment of relaxation, and elevate the spirit to a more peaceful existence. Beginning a meditative practice can sometimes feel intimidating, as it takes time to learn how to quiet the mind and let go of the day. To help you begin a healthy and relaxing meditation habit, I offer a free monthly Evening Meditation and Relaxation Webinar. During this webinar, I walk you through a peaceful breathing exercise and visualization. Each meditation is then available on our website for you to reference whenever you would like to practice.
Beginning this past January, I started to refocus the monthly meditation webinars on the basics of meditation. This is beneficial for both those who have been practicing for a while but would like to refresh their approach, and those who have never practiced before.
The January theme was Back to Basics, where I focused on quieting the mind and using the breath to block outside distractions. January 2012 Meditation
