Partner Yoga,* Sunday, April 22nd, 5:00-6:15pm
With Christa Tyson, RYT: yoga means union. Develop greater trust, sensitivity and understanding as we sustain our partners with our presence, breath, and support through Partner Yoga. Most importantly, it is FUN! We laugh together as we strengthen and stretch the body! Working with a partner helps you to open your body more deeply than you could alone, for optimal benefits. In partner yoga, it’s not how perfectly you execute a posture, but how much you enjoy it. In poses and exercises, partners rely on each other’s support to keep correct body alignment, balance, and concentration. Partner Yoga offers something unique to partners by fortifying trust and communication. *This class is best suited for those in an off-cycle (not in stimulation & not possibly pregnant). Fee is $32 per couple. RSVP required by Friday, April 20th at 4pm at 585-244-1280 ext. 2.
