Amanda Slack, NP

Amanda Slack, NP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility’s Buffalo office, where she plays a key role in providing personalized, compassionate fertility care. Since joining CNY Fertility in 2024, Amanda has been committed to helping individuals and couples navigate their reproductive journey with confidence, education, and support.

Each day, Amanda works closely with patients to develop and monitor customized fertility treatment plans. Her responsibilities include reviewing hormone levels, assessing ovarian function and endometrial response through ultrasounds and lab work, and collaborating with the Buffalo clinical team to guide patients through every phase of their care. She is known for her warm, empathetic approach and her ability to empower patients during one of the most vulnerable and meaningful times of their lives.

Amanda’s passion for fertility medicine is rooted in her deep commitment to women’s health. She finds great fulfillment in building trusting relationships with her patients and being a supportive presence as they pursue their dream of parenthood. For Amanda, there’s no greater reward than celebrating a patient’s success and knowing she played a part in helping them grow their family.
