We came to the Syracuse office for our initial consultation in April of 2015. From our very first visit, we were treated so incredibly well by all the staff- making the challenge of facing infertility as easy as it possibly could be.
Come July, we knew we would be moving on military orders within a month, and I knew it would be our last chance at having a family with CNY Fertility. We decided to try one round of IVF. My husband was away at school and the staff was wonderful, helping me out and allowing our friends and family to assist me in every way as we moved forward with a round of IVF. Come the day of the transfer, we chose to transfer two embryos. It took two tries- the little embryos were so sticky they didn’t even come out on the first try! Dr. Kiltz told that doesn’t happen too often, but extra sticky embryos was a good sign for us!
We found out we were pregnant not long afterwards, and then stopped at the office on the day we began to drive to Texas and found out we were having TWINS!
At 38 weeks exactly, on April 15, 2016, I was induced and we had two happy, healthy, full term baby boys. They are 18 days old now and we can’t imagine our lives any other way. A million thank yous to everyone at CNY Fertility, and Dr. Kiltz, for everything that you did for us and for helping us expand our family by two bundles of joy!
