Good morning! I hope that you were able to get outside and enjoy the nice change of pace that comes with a glimpse of spring in the middle of winter. A quick and welcomed shift in weather like that is often just enough to make us change our plans, slow down, and spend a few minutes breathing deeply outdoors. This creates a peaceful, refreshed, and rejuvenated energy that suddenly washes away the frustration of mundane tasks as you find yourself enjoying sweeping off the porch and wiping down the windows.
While we cannot always count on a welcomed shift in weather like this, you can always create an inner spring with meditation. Much like being able to open the windows mid-January to air out the house, meditation allows you to air out your mind, heart , and spirit. It holds many great benefits for your overall health, and is a fantastic way to slow your entire being down.
We offer many ways to help you learn and practice meditation. All of our yoga sessions, especially Free Yoga for Fertility, offer an opportunity for you to breathe deeply and slowly while clearing the mind. I also offer a free Meditation and Relaxation webinar each month, and we recorded many of these sessions for you to enjoy whenever you would like.
