Good morning! I hope that you enjoyed the beautiful weather here this weekend. This past week, I sat down with Dr. Kiltz for a quick video on using your appointment as an opportunity for relaxation. Although many of us feel like we don’t have enough time during the day to relax and unwind, we may be able to carve out 10 minutes here and there with just a little bit of planning.
Your appointments at our office are a great opportunity to create a little bit of time for yourself. Next appointment, try to arrive a 10-15 minutes early, or plan to stay a few minutes after. You could take a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the nice pond in the rear of our building, or relax in peaceful sitting areas in our new CNY Healing Arts Center. Even if you aren’t ready to schedule an appointment with one of our CNY Healing Arts practitioners, you could enjoy the calm and serene environment. Just a few 10-15 minute quiet sessions a week could elevate your happiness and decrease feelings of stress and anxiety.
