Good morning! I hope that you had a great Thanksgiving weekend, full of family and laughter. This is a great week to get back on-track with your healthy diet and exercise. Sometimes we can indulge a little too much, leaving us feeling sluggish for the next few days. To make sure that you are feeling your best for your cycle, take some extra time preparing healthy and whole foods this week. Also, it may feel very cleansing to sip lemon water or warm lemon tea throughout the week. Additionally, attending a yoga or yoga for fertility session will also help to get your body feeling strong and cleansed for the child you are trying to conceive.
