Relax & Rejuvenate While Undergoing Fertility Treatments
Posted by: Editor on Sep 20, 2011 in News

While you are undergoing fertility treatments it can be very easy to forget about the importance of self-care. You are doing so much right now with most, if not all, of the focus on creating this new life. Make sure that you make time to relax and rejuvenate. There are so many ways for you to do this, below are just a few suggestions. While you are reaping the rewards you will be grateful that you took the time to make this important.

Things you can do by yourself:

  • Take a nature walk. Enjoy the sights and sounds that nature has to offer.
  • Read a book or watch a movie that will make you laugh out loud.
  • Buy yourself a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
  • Sit down for a few quiet moments with a cup of tea/coffee/hot cocoa.
  • Find a comfortable spot and practice meditation for 10 minutes.

Things you can do for yourself with the assistance of others:

  • Attend Yoga for Fertility class.
  • Get a massage.
  • Get a haircut or try out a new hairstyle.
  • Get a facial or have your nails done (indulge in a little pampering).
  • Sign up for a Retreat or Workshop (instructional or purely for relaxation).

These are only a few suggestions but you get the idea. Please know that we are here to assist you in anyway that we can.
