	Michael Wedrychowicz, M.T. (ASCP), Embryologist, received his BS degree from Utica College of Syracuse University. He has 29 years of previous laboratory experience, specializing in Reproductive Medicine since 1996. 	Mary Anne Dinovo, AAS, Embryologist, a graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College, North Carolina and M.T. from NYSDOH. Mimi has worked in a hospital clinical laboratory setting for 16 years specializing in hematology, immunohematology and andrology. She has worked in Reproductive Medicine for 6 years. 	Stephanie Niles, MT, Andrologist/Endocrinologist, received her A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology from Hudson Valley Community College. She is licensed as a Medical Technologist by the State of New York. She has 13 years of hospital laboratory experience specializing in microbiology. 	Deborah Wright, CT/MT (ASCP), RPA-C, Physician Assistant, received her degree from Albany Hudson Valley PA program in 2000. She previously practiced at a family planning clinic in Albany, NY. Deborah then joined a private practice providing both gynecological and infertility care prior to joining CNY Fertility in August of 2005. 	Justine Taylor, RN, BSN, is our Nurse Manager and IVF Coordinator. Justine coordinates the IVF cycles in our Latham office. She monitors patient stimulation cycles with ultrasound. She performs blood draws, patient education and intrauterine inseminations. She also oversees the daily operation of the Latham office and its staff. A graduate of Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Troy, NY and The State University of New York at Utica/Rome, Utica, New York. 	Greta Joost, RN, monitors patient stimulation cycles with ultrasound. She performs blood draws, patient education and intrauterine inseminations. A graduate of NCCC, Saranac Lake, NY. 	Stacey Dicerbo, RNC, assists with stimulation planning, performs blood draws, patient education and intrauterine inseminations. A graduate of Ellis Hospital School of Nursing, Schenectady, NY and is certified in in-patient Obstetrical Nursing by NCC. Stacey is also the President of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Association of Pain Management Nurses representing all areas of pain relieving care. 	Sheila Miller, RT RDMS, is a registered ultrasonographer and radiology technician who performs ultrasounds, blood draws, patient education and assists with patient care. She is certified in OB/GYN and abdominal ultrasounds. A graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, NY she has worked in OB/GYN for 15 years, specializing in Reproductive Medicine since 1994. 	Christina Gray, RN, BSN, is our Donor Egg Coordinator in the Latham office. She coordinates the egg donor/recipient cycles, as well as recruits new donors. Chris also provides education to patients, assists with IVF procedures, performs blood draws and intrauterine inseminations. 	Melissa Trier, RN, graduated from Ellis Hospital School of Nursing in 2002. She worked in a busy primary care office during nursing school as a medical assistant. Following graduation she school I began her professional career at Ellis Hospital. She worked as a charge nurse on a multi-functioning 32 bed medical/surgical unit. 	Michelle Cioffi, LPN, assists with patient care by performing blood draws, medication administration, and patient education. She also assists with IVF procedures, recovering patients and embryo transfers. A graduate of Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Troy NY., and currently attending HVCC pursuing her RN degree. 	Eileen Clark, RN, performs blood draws, patient education and intrauterine inseminations. Eileen's past experience includes St. Peter's Addiction Recovery Center and Ellis Hospital OR. 	Bonnie Varsanyi, Receptionist/Billing Representative, opens our Latham front office each morning. She checks messages, answers the phones, runs reports, checks in patients, schedules appointments and prepares and organizes patient charts. She maintains all incoming and outgoing patient records, verifies all insurance and medication coverage. Bonnie offers support and compassion to our patients. 	Kathleen Burnetter , Receptionist/Billing Representative, Kathy greets patients as they enter our lobby. She works with the front desk team to offer support and compassion to our patients and provides clerical support to our clinical staff. Kathy aids in checking in patients and scheduling their needs. She fields incoming phone calls to their destination, and maintains patient records. She assists in obtaining insurance and medication coverage and helps our patients to understand their benefits on their initial consultation. 	Amy Fryer, Receptionist/Billing Representative, assists our front office team by welcoming patients and scheduling appointments. Amy verifies all insurance and medication coverage, expidies provider dictation and offers support and compassion to our patients. 	Rachel Chakmakas, Receptionist/Billing Representative, Rachel works with the front office team greeting and checking in patients as well as scheduling appointments. She assists in obtaining and verifying insurance and medication coverage, fields incoming calls and maintains patient records while offering continuous support and compassion to our patients. 	Alisha Arnold, Receptionist/Billing Representative, Alisha greets patients upon their arrival at CNY Fertility Center. She verifies insurance and medication coverage, directs patient calls, and maintains patient records. Alisha offers support and compassion to our patients and is always happy to answer any questions.
